4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used at the time of deposit or to a verified method on the account.

• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

4.3 Currency

• Bronze — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.5% cashback per week

You can be automatically promoted to a higher tier based on your gaming activity. Cashback is added to your account at a set time each week. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback.

We reserve the right to change the terms of VIP benefits, suspend, or cancel the program.
